What is driving range booking software?
Driving range booking software lets customers reserve and pay for a range bay online instead of turning up and queueing at the desk. BookMyBays gives your range a branded booking page with live bay availability, takes the payment through Stripe, and puts every booking on one dashboard your staff can see from the counter.
How much does BookMyBays cost for a driving range?
£30 a month covers up to 10 range bays. Each additional bay is £3 a month on top. There are no setup fees and no commission on bookings — that money goes straight from the customer to your Stripe account. Ranges with 35 or more bays should email us and we will put something together.
Can customers book a range bay without creating an account?
Yes. They pick a bay and a time, pay, and get a confirmation email with a magic link. The magic link lets them change or cancel the booking later. No password, no signup form.
Can I charge different prices at peak and off-peak times?
Yes. Set morning off-peak rates, evening peak rates, and weekend or bank holiday uplifts. The right price is applied automatically at checkout, so you can price your quiet hours to fill them without staff working anything out by hand.
Can I sell range memberships and ball bundles?
Yes. Build monthly subscriptions, credit bundles or time-limited passes in the dashboard and they appear on your booking page. Stripe handles the recurring billing, members pause and resume themselves, and credit balances are tracked automatically. Membership payments carry a 1% fee; bookings stay fee-free.
Does BookMyBays work for a range with simulator bays too?
Yes — a lot of ranges run both. Each resource type has its own slot lengths, prices and opening hours, so outdoor bays and indoor sims sit on the same booking page. For simulator bays the BookMyBays Agent also opens and closes the sim software automatically at the start and end of each booking.
Can I see which bays and which hours are actually earning?
Yes. Reports cover revenue, bay utilisation, peak hours and top customers over any date range. The booking funnel also shows where customers drop out before paying, and counts the people who landed on a day you were fully booked — demand you never knew you turned away.
Can I sell balls, club hire and coffee when someone books a bay?
Yes. Checkout questions can carry a price, which turns them into add-ons paid for with the booking. Ball baskets and club hire get a quantity stepper so the customer picks how many, and the answers land on the booking so the bay is ready when they arrive.
