Indoor golf & sim studios

Booking software for golf simulator venues.

This is the venue type we were built for. Customers book and pay online, the sim opens itself when the session starts, and nobody has to be behind the desk to make it happen.

Built for venues that rent by the hour

BookMyBays started in golf simulator venues, and it shows. Everything from the slot lengths to the access control to the way memberships restrict off-peak hours was designed around how a sim studio actually trades, rather than bolted onto a generic scheduler.

The day-to-day

The headaches BookMyBays takes off your hands

Somebody has to unlock the bay

The BookMyBays Agent runs on the sim PC and opens your simulator software when a booking starts, then closes it at the end. TrackMan, Foresight, GSPro, Uneekor, anything Windows-based. Late-night and unstaffed hours become sellable.

Your best hours sell out and your mornings do not

Time-of-day pricing charges a peak rate on weekday evenings and tempts people in before lunch. Off-peak membership plans hold members to an allowed hours window, so a cheap plan cannot eat your Friday night.

Regulars want more than a slot

Monthly plans, credit bundles and season passes run on Stripe, with a discounted first month if you want to tempt new members in. Members buy, pause and resume themselves.

The booking page is somebody else’s brand

Take bookings on your own web address instead. Point a subdomain of your own domain at us and that is where customers book, under your branding.

What you get

Everything you need to take golf simulators bookings

  • Automated sim access control, so the bay unlocks and locks itself around every booking.
  • Bookings on your own domain, with the security certificate handled for you.
  • A bay-by-bay calendar that fits on one screen, colour-coded, with your opening hours marked.
  • Memberships, credit bundles and season passes, with off-peak allowed-hours windows.
  • Group bookings and parties seated across consecutive bays and charged once.
  • Coached lessons with per-coach hours and time off, where the customer never picks a bay.
  • Ticketed leagues, tournaments and socials, where one ticket covers the whole series.
  • Per-player and volume pricing, so a fourball prices itself.
  • Gift cards, promo campaigns and account credit for regulars.

Checkout questions

Checkout questions for golf simulator bookings

A bay booking on its own gives you a name and an hour. It does not tell you whether two county players are coming in or somebody who has never held a driver. Four questions on the way through checkout and you know which, and you have hired out a set of clubs while you were at it.

Know who is coming

What staff need before the customer walks in.

  • Handicap, or a rough idea of what they shoot.
  • First time on a simulator, or in every week?
  • How many are playing, and how many of those are juniors.
  • Full round, range practice or a nearest-the-pin game.
  • Left or right handed, so the mat is set up before they arrive.

Sell a bit more

Put a price on an answer and it becomes an add-on.

  • Club hire at a set price per bag, with a stepper for a fourball.
  • Drinks or a food platter ordered to the bay in advance.
  • An extra 30 minutes on the session.
  • Would you like us to explain membership pricing?
  • Interested in a lesson with the pro, or in the winter league?

Learn something

Segmentation you can actually market to later.

  • How often do you play?
  • What are you working on at the moment?
  • How did you hear about us?
  • Happy to hear about league nights and off-peak rates?

Ask as a dropdown, a multi-select, a tick-box or a free-text box. Put a price on an answer and it becomes a paid add-on with its own quantity stepper, so the total sorts itself out at checkout. Every answer is saved on the booking, so whoever is on shift already knows what the group needs.

Questions, answered

Does BookMyBays work with TrackMan, Foresight, GSPro and Uneekor?

Yes, if the simulator runs on Windows. The BookMyBays Agent opens and closes whatever simulator software is on the PC rather than talking to the launch monitor directly, so it works the same way across TrackMan Performance Studio, Foresight FSX, GSPro, Uneekor and the rest.

Can customers book a golf simulator without creating an account?

Yes. They pick a bay and a time, pay, and get a confirmation email with a magic link they can use to view or change the booking later. No password and no sign-up form, which is a meaningful difference to how many people finish a booking on a phone.

Can I run off-peak memberships without losing my peak hours?

Yes. Set an allowed hours window on a plan, for example 9 until 16, and members are held to it. You can set just a start, just an end, or a window that runs through midnight for late-night plans.

Do you take a cut of simulator bookings?

No. Bookings carry a 0% platform fee and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Membership payments and event ticket sales carry 1%, because we run the recurring billing and the ticketing on top of Stripe.

Can I ask golfers questions when they book a bay?

Yes. Add venue-wide questions asked on every booking, or questions on a specific bay. Handicap, number of players, club hire, food to the bay, whatever you want to know. Put a price on an answer and it becomes a paid add-on with its own quantity stepper, and every answer is saved on the booking for whoever is on shift.
