Yes. Each room is its own bookable resource with its own game length and opening hours, so the booking page only offers genuinely available slots and never double-books a room.
Can I price by group or by player?
Both. You can charge a flat price per room or per player, with volume discount tiers for larger teams, and the full price is shown before the customer pays.
Is this only for golf venues?
No. A room is a timed slot with a fixed capacity, which is what the engine is built around: you set how long a game runs and how many players a room takes, and price each room on its own terms. The simulator access control is optional and stays off.
Can I ask escape room teams questions before they arrive?
Yes. Team name, how many rooms they have done, accessibility needs and whether it is a birthday can all be asked at checkout, and game masters see the answers on the booking. Priced answers such as a birthday package or a team photo are added to the total.
