Can BookMyBays handle group and party bookings for axe throwing?
Yes. You can set per-player pricing, flat session pricing, or charge for additional throwers, with volume discount tiers for larger groups. The whole party lands as one booking on your calendar.
Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?
You can take full payment or a deposit at the time of booking through Stripe, and process refunds or partial refunds from the dashboard. You can also allow cash and in-person bookings for walk-ins.
Do I need golf simulators to use BookMyBays?
No. A lane is an ordinary bookable slot: you set the slot length so the safety briefing sits inside the booked time, and set how many throwers a lane takes. The automated simulator access control is an optional extra you never switch on.
Can I collect group details and confirm safety rules at checkout?
Yes. Ask group size, the occasion and experience level as dropdowns or free text, and add a tick-box for your safety rules that has to be ticked before the booking can be paid for. Priced answers such as pizzas or drinks on arrival get added to the total at checkout.
