Booking darts oches, pool tables, putting greens, or other resources? Same pricing — each resource counts as one bay.

Pricing FAQ

Are there any per-booking fees?

No. We never take a cut of your booking revenue. Bookings paid by card flow directly from your customers into your Stripe account — we never touch the money. The only platform fee is 1%, and it applies to just two things: membership payments and event ticket sales.

Which payments carry the 1% platform fee?

Two: membership payments and event ticket sales. Memberships carry it because we run the recurring billing, dunning and credit-bundle logic on top of Stripe. Events carry it because we handle ticketing, seat holds, capacity and the door list. Everything else — ordinary bay bookings, lessons, gift cards, add-ons — is 0%. Stripe's own processing fee applies to all of it and is paid by you to Stripe directly.

What does the £30/month include?

For simulator venues, £30/month covers 2 simulator bays. For driving ranges, the same £30/month covers up to 10 range bays. Every plan includes the full product — booking pages, sim access control, memberships, events and ticketing, lessons, gift cards, dynamic pricing, promo codes, bundle discounts, multi-activity baskets, reporting, team management, and email support. Advanced analytics is the one optional extra; everything else is in the price.

What is advanced analytics, and do I need it?

The standard reports are included and cover most of what you need: revenue, bookings, average booking value and cancellations for any date range, what sells, where bookings come from, and how events, memberships and gift cards are doing. Advanced analytics is an optional monthly add-on that adds four deeper reports — true bay utilisation measured against your real opening hours, a week-by-hour heatmap of when you are busy, repeat-custom and customer-frequency figures, and a lost-business report covering booking drop-offs, no-shows and cancellations. It is free for the whole of your trial, the current price is shown in Settings → Billing, and you can turn it on or off whenever you like.

If I add advanced analytics later, do I lose the earlier data?

No. We record everything advanced analytics needs for every venue from the day you sign up, whether you are paying for it or not. Switch it on in a year and you will see the whole year of history immediately, not a report that starts from today.

How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days of full access, no credit card required. At the end of the trial we will ask for payment details to continue. There is no lock-in — cancel any time from the settings page and you will not be charged again.

What if I have more than 35 bays?

Get in touch at [email protected]. Larger venues, multi-site operators, and venues with bespoke requirements get custom pricing and a direct line to support.

Are there any setup fees?

No. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no integration fees. You sign up, configure your venue, and start taking bookings the same day.

Do you charge for Stripe?

No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe their standard processing fees directly. We do not add anything on top of bookings. Membership payments and event ticket sales carry a 1% BookMyBays platform fee.
