They pay via Stripe

The sim unlocks itself
The BookMyBays Agent runs quietly on your sim PC. At booking start it opens your sim software. At the end it closes it. Nobody on the team has to walk over.

A small Windows app on the sim PC. Pair it to a bay once with a code from the dashboard. After that it just works.
